Artwork
Your logo needs to be supplied in a usable vectored format (Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS). jpeg, png, tiff files may not be usable and will require re-drawing (minimum charge £35.00 subject to sight of design). Once we have received usable artwork, a PDF layout proof will be submitted showing the bag layout. Approve either via email or signed hard copy to enable us to proceed.

Print Colour
We match to Pantone colours please advise when sending your artwork. If you do not know the required pantone, we will print to the nearest standard ink colour. You can find a Pantone colour guide on our website for reference, however please be aware your monitor will display the colours differently to the true colour. We always recommend using bold, vibrant shades when printing onto school bags. 4 colour designs are subject to sight of logo, please email to sales@bagprinters.co.uk for a quotation

Setup
Print setup will be charged extra on your first order. Repeat orders we will use the same setup unless your design has changed.

Lead Time
Standard lead time is approx 2 working weeks from approval of layout proof and payment. Busy periods (Christmas, Valentines, Easter) delivery may extend. Price is based on delivery to 1 mainland UK address, surcharge will apply to certain areas/countries: Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe. If you have a urgent delivery date, please contact our print team and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
