Frequently Asked Questions

If I order today when will I receive my goods?

Place your order before 2.00pm Monday - Friday, usually goods are despatched on a next working day service.

Can we collect our order?

Yes you can collect your order from our Coventry or Skegness warehouse, however please telephone first to check stock availability.

Do you offer a same day delivery?

Unfortunately not, however you can arrange for the goods to be collected from our warehouse. Contact our sales department to discuss further.

Can you offer a Saturday delivery?

Yes, however there will be a surcharge to pay. Please contact our sales team for a costing.

Do you deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom?

At present we are only able to despatch consignments to UK and Ireland addresses. Ireland deliveries will be based on a 3 working day service.

We have ordered the wrong goods. Can we return them?

Please complete the returns form that arrived with your order and return with the goods to us (within 7 days). Once we have received the consignment back we will contact you to arrange a refund. If you require an exchange, please contact our sales department.

My order is Declining when i enter my credit card details

We have updated our security on our Sage payment gateway. All details must be entered correctly. Name on card, card registered address and postcode..

Can you send samples?

We can on certain products, however products like our jewellery/gift boxes which we sell in small quantities would have to be purchased.

My goods haven't arrived

Subject to your order being placed before 2.00pm Monday-Friday, your goods should arrive the next working day and will require a signature. If it hasn't arrived please contact our sales team who will track your parcel for you.

I was out when they tried to deliver my parcel, what do I do?

A card would have been posted through your door asking you to contact the local branch to arrange for the goods to be re-delivered or collected. You must contact them to re-arrange delivery or alternatively collect your goods. Orders not collected within 7 days of receiving a card will be returned to us.

The wrong goods have arrived.

Can we open a credit account?

All prices on our website are based on payment at the time of ordering. Credit accounts can be opened however this is subject to a credit rating being obtained and we must have been trading with you for at least 12 months.

Can we pay by cheque?

We do accept payment by cheque, however you goods will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared our account.

How much will my carriage charge be?

The best way to work out what the carriage cost will be is to enter the quantity of products required into our system and then go to your shopping basket.

We have not received a invoice.

All invoices are emailed to the address given at the time of ordering. You can request a hard copy by fax/post if required.

Do you offer a print service?

Yes, having we have our own in-house print department that can offer a print service on most of the items we stock. Please can the team either via telephone or email to discuss your requirements further.

Are you able to offer special sizes/colours?

Most of our products are available in different sizes and colours - however this may involve minimum quantities and limitations can apply. Contact our sales department via telephone or email to discuss further.
